No words can describe the awe you experience when you see this guitar in person. It makes no sense how the guitar is pieced together, yet it works and is perfect in every aspect. This is his Deconstructed Electric guitar and I can understand why Michihiro Matsuda is one of the most revered luthiers of our time and will be so for generations to come. The back of this guitar is shaped like a literal axe which brings a whole new meaning to calling a guitar an “axe”.

This guitar shows the true level of mastery Michi-san is at where no other luthier would likely ever come close to. Just incredible.
