Joel Stehr has been building guitars for 20 years now and you can tell from his perfectly executed details on this build that it was from the hands of no amateur. The African Blackwood on this guitar is just simply stunning as well. This is a used guitar but is in absolute mint condition, essentially brand new. One extremely unique feature is the rosette made of a cross section of matchsticks, with his signature leaf logo on the headstock. The fit and finish of this guitar is just as good as any.

It is paired with a European spruce top and is his Grand Auditorium model. He describes this model as his all around guitar, and I have to say that is exactly what I would describe it as. It takes strumming as well as it does with fingerstyle. Just a comfortable, very easy to play guitar with an easy to appreciate sound. It reminds me exactly as to why Taylors are so popular. It even comes with an LR Baggs anthem pick up so it’s just ready to go!
